What is an EU plant passport?
It's the official label required to move most plants for planting within the EU, under Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 (as amended). It travels with the plant and proves it meets the EU's plant-health rules.
Who has to issue one?
Registered professional operators — nurseries, growers, and traders — moving regulated plants within the EU. If that's you, FloraPass lets you issue them yourself.
Is FloraPass compliant?
Yes. Every label carries the four mandatory elements (A–D) and the EU flag wording exactly as set out in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2313.
Can I issue passports through an API?
Yes — on the Professional plan. Use per-tenant API keys to issue and void passports from your own system, or do it by hand in the web portal — your choice.
What can I print?
