FloraPass operates the FloraPass web portal and API, is the controller for account and service-administration data described in the Privacy notice, and is the processor for the plant-passport data its customers enter under the Data processing agreement.
Dispute resolution
FloraPass is sold to businesses and professional operators, not to consumers, and is not obliged to participate in and does not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings. Disputes are handled under the Terms of service.
