What is an EU plant passport?
It's the official label required to move most plants for planting within the EU, under Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 (as amended). It travels with the plant and proves it meets the EU's plant-health rules.
Who has to issue one?
Registered professional operators — nurseries, growers, and traders — moving regulated plants within the EU. If that's you, FloraPass lets you issue them yourself.
