Checks before you confirm
A readiness check stops a shipment while a batch is short of stock or missing its traceability code, and warns you about a line not yet in a package or a destination outside the EU passport area.

Confirming issues one plant passport per batch on the shipment and takes the stock off each batch. Draft shipments hold the stock they need.
A delivery note with every passport
One A4 PDF with the sender, the recipient, the delivery address and every line with its plant passport number.
Package labels
A label for every box, trolley or pallet, with the sender's and receiver's addresses, the tracking number and the SSCC as GS1-128, as PDF or ZPL.

Print one copy of each passport per box, per pallet or trolley, or per plant. Set the rule once, or per customer.

Pick the customer and one of their saved delivery addresses, then add the lines and the carrier. Or import a CSV file, or receive it from your ERP.
Check and confirm
Fix whatever the readiness check flags, then confirm. The passports are issued and the stock comes off each batch.
Print and dispatch
Download the delivery note, the package labels and the passport copies, and pass the documents to whoever invoices.
